Shipping and Refund Policy
1. Delivery
Taplink ApS ships exclusively to Denmark and uses PostNord to handle shipments. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which makes it possible to track your shipment. We only send business packages that are delivered directly to your business address.
The delivery time is 1-3 working days.
If you have ordered custom-made cards or stands with your own design, the delivery time is approx. 3-4 weeks. You can contact us here to hear more about the various options for specially designed cards and stands.
2. Right of return
As a customer, you have 14 days right of return from the date you received your order.
You are responsible for the return shipping to us yourself, and it is your responsibility that the products are returned safely. You yourself are liable for a possible decrease in value.

We receive ONLY parcels with distribution.
Please note that if you have had custom-made cards or stands made, you as a customer are not subject to any right of return. This is because customized cards or stands have no functionality or value for taplink ApS if they are returned.
3. Refund
In the event of a refund, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. Street Bill determines whether there is a reduction in value.
Refunds have a processing time of up to 8 working days from the time we receive your return package. When we issue a refund, you will receive a confirmation email and the funds will be available in your account within 1-4 business days.
4. Right of complaint
As a starting point, you are not subject to any right of complaint when you shop at taplink ApS. Liability for defective products is only accepted if it can be documented upon receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to be able to document any defects upon receipt.
Taplink ApS takes no responsibility for products that break or are lost.
